About the property Located in the Alto Alentejo region, just ten minutes from Arronches, this beautiful wine estate stands out for its natural beauty, agricultural vocation, and the excellent quality of its infrastructure. The property includes a mechanized vineyard of approximately 8 hectares, equipped with an irrigation system and planted with carefully selected grape varieties: Gran Noir, Tempranillo, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Tinto Cão and Arinto. Water supply is ensured by two boreholes and a 110,000-liter buffer reservoir, guaranteeing full autonomy for the operation.

Prepared for wine tourism, the estate includes three carefully restored residential houses. The main house, with 433 square meters, features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living room with a panoramic terrace that invites long meals and outdoor dining. The second dwelling, a 40-square-meter one-bedroom house, consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The third house, also a one-bedroom with a mezzanine, is set halfway up a hillside, next to a pine forest and sheltered by an imposing rock formation. Completing the property is a panoramic swimming pool with changing facilities, ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the Alentejo landscape.

The agricultural area includes several support buildings and a modern winery equipped for high-quality winemaking. The agricultural machinery ensures full autonomy in vineyard management, including two tractors, a scarifier, shredder, 600L sprayer, brush cutter, spike harrow, and three trailers. Together, these infrastructures reflect a high level of investment and place the estate in a position of excellence for wine production, wine tourism, and future expansion.
