About the development
Clérigos 82, the new landmark building, located a few meters away from Torre dos Clérigos, which stands out for its uniqueness and total commitment to the quality of the rehabilitation works. The project was conceived by the Menos é Mais studio. It comprises two buildings with beautiful Baroque facades as well as features and an architectural language which characterized the houses of Porto in the 18th century.
The breadth of its indoor spaces, with high aesthetic standards and top-quality finishes, harmoniously blends comfort, elegance and quality of life.
The essential features of the buildings were preserved: the original design of the construction details, its facade, the windows in stone masonry, the balconies, the high ceilings, and the crafted plastered ceilings.
The building consists of 16 apartments: one studio, fourteen one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment, with areas ranging between 48.62 and 72.69 square meters. All of them have balconies and some have a terrace. They spread over four floors and are served by an elevator. Three categories of apartments can be found: Gardens, facing the interior of the block; Riverside, facing Rua dos Clérigos; and Rooftops, located on the roof, offering a magnificent view over the city.
