About the development
Álvares Cabral 91 is the result of the delicate rehabilitation of a bourgeois house from the late 19th century. This detailed project restores and preserves the main features and materials of the time, such as noble woods, beautiful stucco work, and granite masonry, combined with modern technological materials that ensure the comfort required for a 21st-century home. Álvares Cabral 91 is located in the very heart of the city, in a privileged position with regard to tourist attractions, transport networks, restaurants, and shops.
