Characterized by more traditional architecture, the Hollywood neighborhood is now undergoing transformative changes. This project stands as a pivotal milestone where contemporary sophistication blends seamlessly with nature. Situated directly across from Porto's Botanical Garden, the development features expansive balconies designed to welcome abundant natural light into every unit. From the upper floors, residents can enjoy panoramic views, while the lower levels offer a sense of retreat, creating a lifestyle where elegance, charm, and tranquility unite. Designed by the renowned Atelier Carvalho Araújo, celebrated for its expertise in integrating buildings into their environmental context, the project emphasizes natural light and green spaces. The atelier believes that architecture should promote residents' well-being, fostering social interaction and harmony with nature. Comprising 30 units, Campo Alegre 1024 includes 2 houses, 21 apartments, and 7 patio apartments. All units benefit from shared amenities, such as various social lounges, a gym, a wellness area, and private gardens or patios.
