About the development
ARCAYA is a residential development in Vilamoura created around a new vision for the Algarve: a destination designed for year-round living, where nature, sustainability and architecture come together in a seamless way. Designed by the renowned Batlleiroig architecture studio, the project introduces a new residential community experience surrounded by parks, trails and extensive green areas.
In this first phase of commercialization, ARCAYA presents a selection of plots for villa construction within sectors 2 and 3 of the masterplan. Plot sizes range from approximately 1,230 sqm to 3,350 sqm, allowing gross construction areas of up to 240 sqm, 370 sqm or 390 sqm, depending on the unit.
