About the development
Preserving the culture and soul of Odeon theatre, this iconic building sees the opportunity of being completely renovated and embody its former glory. Maintaining the original focal point of the theatre, the exquisite 24-meter-high archway pediment and pillars will be refurbished and incorporated in a restaurant. There will also be 10 luxurious apartments with the same look and feel to the former architecture. The spacious apartments will have typologies of T1+1, T2 and T3 with areas starting at 128 square meters.
