This residence was designed in 1968 and concluded in 1971. It is a fine example of serene restful architecture that has no aesthetically innovative ambitions. Despite its 1650 Sqm of built area set on a 6500 Sqm plot, the architect tried to avoid giving it a grandiose or worse still, a pompous look. In fact the house is practically invisible from outside the property which is not far from the sea and "Boca do Inferno" in the most exclusive Cascais. The architect concern of integrating the work of man into its natural surroundings is obvious to the eyes not only of the connoisseur. From time to time, trees emerge trough the roofs or spring up from the inside of the house and their crows are clearly visible above roof level. The fact is that the merging of building and nature is a goal that has always been present in the architect's work, creating one of a kind homes.
