This magnificent property was recently and finely renovated from top to bottom and is located in a prime zone, in the historic neighborhood of Lapa. The house has been built after the earthquake of 1755, possibly even in the eighteenth century. The house, in the main floor and in some stairs has original tiles with polychrome geometric patterns, which are complete and in excellent condition. Similar observations can be made for the original frescos in its many rooms. The popularity of this type of painting and issues is due, in part ,to the presence in Lisbon of the famous French artist Jean-Baptiste Pillement (1728 - 1808). Pillement decorated numerous palaces and buildings in Portugal, using different subjects, including "Party Dress", which is the theme used to decorate the main room of this property.
Te house also has, in its inside, a new lift kept with a careful maintenance.
This exceptional building transpires the heydays of its own history.
